What we collect
When you place an order or contact us, we collect the details you provide: your name, email, phone number, order contents, and any notes. That's it: no accounts, no tracking pixels, no selling data.
How we use it
We use your information to bake your order, coordinate pickup, confirm payment, and reply to your messages. If you join the waitlist, we'll email you when ordering opens.
Payment
Payments happen entirely outside this website, through Zelle, Venmo, or cash. We never see or store card numbers, bank credentials, or payment-app passwords.
Where your data lives
Order details are stored in our private order-management tools (such as a spreadsheet/Airtable base and email inbox) accessible only to the bakery. We keep records only as long as needed to run the bakery.
Cookies
The site uses a single functional cookie for the bakery's own admin login and your browser's local storage to remember your basket. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used.
